Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, Kuta (Bali)

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its central location in Kuta, just a stone's throw from the beach and adjacent to a great shopping mall. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing the comfort I sought for a relaxing getaway. The service was remarkable from start to finish; I felt genuinely valued as a guest. However, while the breakfast offered an impressive spread, some items could have been executed better. The only downside was the air conditioning, which could be improved to enhance comfort during the warm Bali days.

Overall, my stay was impressive with exceptional staff who truly made the experience memorable. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and the Beachwalk shopping center, providing plenty of dining options. The breakfast selection was outstanding, but I found the rooms could be improved in terms of sound insulation from outside noise. Despite this, the value for money is great given the level of service and cleanliness throughout the resort.
